The 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place alongside the Atlantic Interprovincial Teaching to Diversity Conference, hosted by APSEA and APABA, in Halifax, NS on October 9th and 10th, 2024.

Breakout Speakers:
Breakout speakers will address innovative topics, including bridging clinical practice and growth (Laura Walsh-Martino and Sarah McCarthy), kink-affirming care (Amanda Saulnier), and developmental sexology (Cheryl Carr). It will cover support for learners with visual impairments and ASD (Carrie Vroege, Sally Cameron, Shelley McLean, and Jennifer Hurren), transitions to post-school life (Isabelle Maillet), and services for visually impaired students (Josee Martin and Annie Lagacé). Other sessions include Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (Janice Gaudet Boudreau and Maria DesRoches), data-driven behavior management (Cynthia Gilks), the Early Start Denver Model (Haley Lundy and Jessica McKee-Mitchell), autism swim programs (Cindi Green), restorative circles (Rebecca Stone), pathological demand avoidance (Katharine Hartnett, Rachel Hefling, and Tanya Howe), skills-based teaching (Kassidy Brake and Sherri Seward), and autism treatment partnerships (Ashley Kingston and Arianne Caissie).
